The blue hillside pool
floats above Athens and clouds
cooling weariness
Rectangular pool
floats endless, filled with water
an azure haven
Sparkling water
carefree bathers passing time
humanity's peace

These poems are written by family members, and do not necessarily have to rhyme. My original personal challenge was to write a poem a day for one year. (Yes, a three line haiku counts as long as it fits the criteria of 5-7-5.) My revised goal is to write 365 poems in the same number of days.
